Concept previews

A preview is an independent demonstration of a possible website direction. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is not an official website, commissioned client project, endorsement, or promise of future performance. An unsolicited preview creates no obligation to buy.

Project agreements

Paid work begins only after the parties agree to a written scope, price, payment schedule, responsibilities, and launch plan. That project agreement controls if it differs from these general terms.

Ownership

Finished project ownership transfers as stated in the applicable project agreement, normally after the agreed balance is paid. Third-party platforms, subscriptions, fonts, images, or software remain subject to their own licenses.

No performance guarantee

Website work can improve clarity, credibility, usability, and customer pathways, but no particular ranking, traffic, lead, or sales result is guaranteed.
